Full fees due on notification of your acceptance into the market
If there are insufficient vendors to cover the cost of the venue those dates will be cancelled
Please note that the seasonal rates(full season, block vendor rate) do not include
the spring market or the christmas market.
Full Season Vendor: 25$/day Full regular season of 8 Market Saturdays-total 200$
Full season vendors must attend or have a representative attend all market dates
Full payment due upon acceptance of your registration by the market coordinator
(must be within 24hrs of acceptance notification )
Block Vendor: 35$/day any 5 market dates of your choice (Christmas Market is separate) total 175$
The block vendor option is for those who would only like a few market dates or would like to precisely schedule their market dates. Dates are the choice of the vendor but must be submitted with registration form. Any changes to submitted dates will only be allowed if there is room within the market and changes cannot be submitted less than 2 weeks prior to the original choice of date.

Single day charge for an adult vendor. Registrations close for daily vendors Wednesday Noon prior to the chosen market date. Fees are due upon vendor acceptance.
No vendor will be allowed to participate in the market unless fees are paid in full prior to market day.

the market runs from 10am to 3pm
Indoor Christmas Market Vendor Nov 25 (60$)
preference for tables at the indoor Christmas market is given to vendors who have participated in the regular season
Junior & Senior Entrepreneurs (discounted rate)
We have a discounted rate for youth (15-17yrs old) who are just getting into becoming entrepreneurs as well as
for Seniors who are not regular vendors at markets.These vendors although recieving a discount
must still follow the market rules for vendors.
For Junior Entrepreneurs registration and communication must be completed by parent/guardian

Payment Methods
Standard E-transfer is the preferred form of payment. Do not send passwords. The market account is set up for auto deposit. If you do not see the auto deposit notification prior to sending please check with your own financial institution. No cell phone app payments are accepted. Each e-transfer MUST list the vendors name or name of business somewhere within the e transfer. Other forms of payment such as cash, credit card, paypal (extra fees will apply for paypal) will be accepted but alternative payments must be set up with the market coordinator well in advance of the market registration deadline. Cheques are not accepted for payment.
